Triple-Layer Technology
First, we make our knife and shear blades from premium stainless steel, known for its rust resistance. We then polish the surface to a bright finis. Making the surface mirror-smooth reduces the exposed surface area, creating fewer places where corrosion can start.
Next, we passivate the blades, Passivation forms rust-restant chromium oxide below the outer surface to create a wall of defense against salt water.
Finally, we treat the surface with out Titanium Bonded precess to increase hardness and defend it even more from the elements.
