Shipping and Returns
Shipping Policy:
On-line orders paid for in full are typically shipped within five (5) business days or less. You will receive a confirmation e-mail with a tracking # (if available) once your order has been shipped.
Restricted Firearm purchases may ship later than the typical turnover time of five (5) business days as they will need to be registered to you.
Ammunition and dangerous goods must be ground shipped via Canpar. Additional shipping costs may apply. Firearms, clothing, hunting equipment, shooting equipment, etc. will be shipped by Canada Post. We are unable to ship dangerous goods internationally. Dangerous goods include firearms, primers, ammunition, and items with explosive capabilities.
Firearms have an additional surcharge which covers unique shipping restraints.
Over-sized items such as gun safes, tree stands, ground blinds, etc. may be available for in-store pickup only.
Triggers and Bows reserves the right to charge additional shipping for over-sized orders.

Our pickup hours are:
9am - 5pm Tuesday to Friday
9am - 4pm Saturday
If ordering a gun online, but picking up in-store, talk to us about refunding the firearm shipping surcharge. We are happy to make the change for you.
Return Policy:
Sales: Returns are accepted within ten (10) days of purchase if original, undamaged packaging, receipt, and any relevant store tags accompany the return. In some cases, a gift card may be issued as a refund. Triggers and Bows reserves the right to limit or decline returns and exchanges. Any item(s) purchased during an advertised, in-store special event are non-refundable. Underwear, lingerie, swimsuits, and base layers may not be returned due to health considerations. For safety reasons, we do not accept returns on ammunition, black powder, primers, reloading lead, reloading brass, or reloading bullets. All firearm sales are final. Once purchased, firearms become the property of the owner. If a firearm is defective, Triggers and Bows will assist you in returning the item to the manufacturer for repair and/or warranty determination.
Layaways: A 50% deposit is required for an item to be put aside for you. Layaways must be paid for in full within sixty (60) days from the original layaway date.
Special Orders: If an item is special ordered and then cancelled by the customer, the payment(s) already applied to the purchase will be refunded minus a 15% cancellation fee. Special orders must have a 50% deposit before any item will be ordered.
